As for enabling USB debugging in Android 2.3 or newer can be done by..


Open the Settings.
Now tap on “Applications”.
And then go to “Development”.
Check the option: “USB debugging”
As for enabling USB debugging in Android 4.0 or newer can be done by...



Open the Settings.
Search then Tap on “Developer options”.
Check the option: “USB debugging”.
As for enabling USB debugging in Android 4.2 or newer can be done by...



Open Settings > About.
Go to “Build Number” at the end of the Scroll list.
Tap that “Build Number” repeatedly for 7 times. But on the third tap, you will be presented with a message saying you only 4 more taps to be a developer. Therefore continue tapping till "Hooray, you are now a ‘Developer’ appears, at this phase the go back to Setting page.
Now Developer Option will be included in setting list of yours now.
Launch Developer Options, then check USB debugging > Ok. Done!
Once it's enabled you, even as non-developer you will get a level of access over your device to give you bigger freedom in controlling your device.
