Sometimes when trying to change the security screen lock of android phone and forget the password of new one happens with lots of people. So the solution here is to unlock the phone with your gmail id if you could remember that is the only easy way to remove security lock otherwise the final solution is to factory data reset the phone and that will erase your all the important data like sms, contacts if saved on phone memory, apps, and games etc everything. 5) Select Delete All User Data
