The Oppo U3 has a 13MP camera with 4x optical zoom on back from Sony IMX124 sensor, and sports a 5MP shooter in front.

The device runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat with Color OS 2.0.1 on top of it and it has a 3000 mAh battery,which the company claims can be charged up to 75 percent in 30 minutes with the help of a bundled Oppo's VOOC fast-charging technology. The smartphone will be available in Black and White colour variants. It measures 156.8x81x8mm and weighs 195 grams.
