Mi Philippines announced yesterday on their facebook page that the Redmi 1S Android Smartphone is now on open sale at lazada for the price of PHP 5,599.00.

The Redmi 1S is powered by 1.6GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8228 Processor with Adreno 305 GPU and backs by 1GB of RAM and 8GB Internal Storage Expandable up to 64GB via MicroSD.

The Redmi 1S has a 4.7-Inch HD IPS Display (1280 x 720 Pixels, 312 PPI) with AGC DragonTrail Scratch Resistant Glass.the device has a 8.0 Megapixel Autofocus Main Camera with LED Flash and 1.6 Megapixel Front Camera.Also supports Dual SIM/Dual Standby,3G HSPA+, 2G EDGE and GPRS Networks connectivity and it has a  2,000 mAh Li-ion Battery.
