Bored
Grandma: Kade, were going to go on a board walk now,
wont that be fun?
Kade: Umm, I dont like bored walks.
Grandma: Im sure you will like this one, well have a great time!
Kade: No. No! I really dont like bored walks! I dont like being bored!
I dont want to go on a boring walk!
Boring isnt fun, and I dont ever like to be bored!
Needless to say, when he found out the difference between "board" and "bored", he was pleasantly surprised. On the same note, the other morning I woke up to Kade yelling, quite dramatically,
"MOMMY, youre boring me! Stop being so boring!
NOOO, youre boring me mom, Im bored, Im BORED!"
I suppose I am pretty boring when I sleep, cant argue that....
On the other hand, Kade is the opposite of boring when he sleeps.
In fact, hes no less than fascinating.
