Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment :

- For Junior Security Supervisor : 50 years
- For Security Guard & Fire Guard : 40 years
Job Location : Kotdwara (Uttarakhand)
Selection Process : Selection will be based on written test and physical test.

Book Orders Due Tuesday November 24th
I am sending home another book order. I hope to place this order over Thanksgiving break so the books will arrive early enough for Christmas. If you are ordering books for Christmas and would like me to set them aside, please mark on the order or attach a note stating that they are Christmas books and should not be sent home with the student.
Here are some reminders about book orders:
1. PLEASE be sure you write your childs name on the top of each order. We had some last time without names, and usually I catch it but did not this time. Please make sure the name is on the top of each individual order form.
2. PLEASE be sure to remind your child to hand me the order. I have reminded them not to just set them on the table or put in basket as sometimes they get misplaced.
3. PLEASE remember to write checks out to me, Mrs. Kerian, as I order the books online with my credit card. This makes the ordering easier and books come faster. Do NOT make the check out to the school or Scholastic book clubs.
4. PLEASE have all orders in an envelope, money included, name written on order and outside envelope.
5. Return student orders by Tuesday, November 16th.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. There are some great books in these orders that will make wonderful Christmas presents!!

CRB Tech Reviews write about the 13th November epispde of popular TV show Bigg Boss where Tanishaa Mukerji, Kamya and VJ Andy join Salman Khan in taking a dig at the eager contestants while Bani J and Lopamudra Raut get into a wrestling match with each other.
The Weekend with Salman Khan in Bigg Boss 10 was a very entertaining last night. Salman Khan while making an exposure of all the contestants of all their foul plays and even said them that they are very boring in the house. Personally I loved when; the best part was seeing Bhai taking a dig at himself. While mentioning Manu’s time in the Bigg Boss house jail Bhai said, “Kabhi kabhi nirdosh ko bhi jail jaana padhta hai” while pointing at self. A step further he went when he said that contestants are not being entertaining, more was expected.
We think Salman is disappointed with the contestants, mainly Karan Mehra, Gaurav Chopra, Rohan Mehra and Rahul Dev, and had something to do with the falling TRPs of the show. Usually the show gets 1.4 TRP on weekdays and 1.6 on weekends. To mention, in an upcoming episode, Himesh Reshammiya makes Weekend Ka Vaar musical with his calibre.
As per reports some neck breaking performances are expected like a wrestling pit in which two contestants will be wrestling each other to emerge winner. While Gaurav wrestles with Manveer Gurjar, Bani J is asked to compete with Lopamudra Raut. We at CRB Tech Reviews, are more excited to see Bani wrestle with Lopamudra.
So when they wrestled, Bani and Navin get into a huge fight when Bani named him a liar. And Navin kept screaming till he couldn’t hear anything only his voice. Let’s see how it concludes. Even we saw how after Kamya Punjabi, Tanishaa Mukerji and VJ Andy joined Salman Khan in taking a dig at the contestants and giving expressing their minds. Tanishaa told Bani that she has been playing the game entirely wrong and is portraying herself as a confused and weak contender.
Let’s wait and watch if advice of Tanishaa and Andy to the Bigg Boss contestants bring any difference and make the show more interesting and help the show gain the falling TRP game.

Birchbox November 2013 Review
Lets keep this short and sweet. Heres what I got in my Birchbox this month:
Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner (0.04oz), approximate retail value $9.14
The Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner is one of my favorite eyeliners and I am borderline annoyed at Birchbox for robbing me of my ability to do a full review. (Since I also own a mini, I went ahead and took pictures of my old, beat-up one so as to not unnecessarily open the new one.) The shape is what really sets it apart from other pen eyeliners: it allows you to create both thin and thick lines that are smooth and attractive, making it perfect for dramatic eyeliner looks.
Its drawbacks are similar to other pen eyeliners: it can get clogged up with eyeshadow and sometimes it feels dried out if it is not stored upside down. Thus, if you hate pen eyeliners, it probably wont change your mind.
Mighty Leaf Tea Pouches in Green Tea Tropical, Organic African Nectar, and Vanilla Bean, approximate retail value $1.99
Ive bought Mighty Leaf Tea in the past, but this sample definitely re-kindled my love. The aromas are so appealing and they are perfect for dreary winter days in the office. Vanilla Bean smells super vanilla-y. Organic African Nectar was weirdly mint-y. My favorite, though, was Green Tea tropical. I had to restrain myself from shoving my mug of tea under my co-workers noses and shouting, "SMELL THIS. IT SMELLS SO GOOD!"
All the teas are the perfect balance of mild but flavorful.
Vasanti Brighten Up! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator (0.71oz), approximate retail value $5.67
I know its not Birchboxs fault that they sent me a ton of things I already own, since they cant stalk my possessions, but its kind of silly that this is the THIRD product in this box that I already had sitting around.
BrightenUp uses a papaya enzyme called papain as an exfoliant. Its usually (sexily enough) used to liquify necrotic tissue in a prescription-strength drug called Accuzyme. It works by breaking down the extracellular matrix of the skin. I cant speak to the concentration of papain in BrightenUp, but its definitely theoretically sound.
There is also got a bunch of aluminum oxide in it (thats what the "microderm crystals" actually are), which works as a physical exfoliant. Aluminum oxide is used for a shitload of abrasive purposes, like making sandpaper or toothpaste. (Some people find that physical exfoliation is too rough on their skin, and if you are one of those people, obviously dont use this.)
BeeKind Body Lotion (1.01 fluid oz), approximate retail value $1.89
Im not much of a body lotion person, and Im not much of lemon-scent lover, so Im not the best person to be reviewing this product. I will say that it is not at all greasy, which was really nice. I also thought that the packaging seemed really professional and classy, given the low value of the sample. I think it will make a pretty nice foot lotion.
Color Club Cocktail Hour Collection in On the Rocks (0.25 fluid oz), approximate retail value $4.00
I tend to like Color Club nail polishes. This one, though, may be the best nail polish Ive gotten from Birchbox. The pictures are a single coat of polish! It looks like tin foil! You need this in your life!

Im actually really happy with this box, even though I got a bunch of stuff that I already own. Its hard to complain about getting a spare of one of your favorite products!
